- When Will I Receive My Order?
- We appreciate your business and will work hard to get your order to you in a timely manner! Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once in the mail, most orders will be received within 3-5 business days.
You should receive an email with your tracking information once your headphones are shipped. If your tracking shows that the shipping carrier has not yet received the item, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
We ship using the most optimal shipping carrier at the time the order is placed, which may include USPS, FedEx Smartpost, UPS Ground or DHL.
Please note, expected shipping times may be longer throughout the holiday season due to increased volume.
- International Shipping
- Our online store only ships to the United States and Canada, but we have distributors that make our products available all around the world! Find a retailer.
- Package Lost or Stolen
- Please confirm the shipping address on your order. Check all doors, mailboxes, and/ or ask your front desk attendant(s). If you're still unable to locate your package after 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification, please contact our Customer Happiness Team by submitting a case.
